Website specifications

While we strive to provide quality service to all we do, it is not impossible that we may turn down certain offers depending on a few factors. This is so because at Janvier Designs, we have our morals and standards that prevent us from extending our service to clients whose websites do not meet the minimum requirements for our service. This document details the kind of websites we can work on and why. If you have any questions regarding these criteria, feel free to contact us.

Basically, we can work on any website that is not offensive to the general public. That is, any website whose content would be acceptable to all audiences. The opposite is also true. So, below is a detailed list of the kind of websites we do not work with.

  1. Websites promoting hate.

Hate does not benefit anybody. Websites promoting this kind of content based on race, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, political views, … can not figure on our portfolio. However,  it may be true that someone has a website expressing different views than another and we  would work on their sites as long as their express their views in a respectful manner. Two political parties with opposite views may be a good example to illustrate this, so long as they do it with respect to each other’s views.

  2. Websites with adult content.

it doesn’t matter the kind. We have a zero tolerance policy toward working with websites with adult material of any kind.

  3. Websites with “fanatic religious behaviour”.

Even though this is hard to define – and will be therefore determined on an individual basis- it is possible to give some examples. For instance, website promoting terrorism of any kind (be it just hate or based on religious conviction) are not among those we will work with.

There are many factors to consider before working on a website or an organization web application, but the most important thing to keep in mind is that if it is not suited for the general audience, the chances that we will work on it are very slim.

About Me

About me I love mathematics first of all. I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball, but I love Web design. Web design brings out the artist in me, mathematics brings out the philosopher in me and sports simply maintain the level of adrenaline required to make everything possible. I honestly thank God I can do things I like, when I like!
